Description Returns

12 Series Gen 4 Upgrade - White

Did you know that all Aqualuma Thru-Hull fittings can be upgraded to the latest generation, with one simple process shown below?  This upgrade can be done while the boat is in the water.

Upgrading is Simple

  • Twist end cap clockwise and remove old internals.
  • Slide new Generation internals into housing.
  • Twist cap counter clockwise, connect wire and you are done.

Upgrade Path

Gen 3 - 3 Series may be upgraded to a Gen 4 - 6 Series

Gen 3 - 6 Series may be upgraded to a Gen 4 - 12, 18 or 18 Tri Series

Gen 4 - 12 Series may be upgraded to any of the Gen 4 - 18 Series or 18 Tri Series

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@marinemaster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
