Must have factory OEM Fog Light mount from origional light, bracket uses original OEM Fog Light Mount.

Please Note: Not compatible with Dually HD or D2 HD lights.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
