The Cable Pull-Thru Service Tool is designed to simplify the installation of Navico Group products primarily for Lowrance, Simrad, and B & G products. Built to connect to common fish-stick/fish-tape cable pullers, the service tool includes three fittings making it easier to pull select cable types, including Navico Group xSonic transducer, 9-Pin Power, and HALO® 2000/3000 Power cables.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@marinemaster.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
