Topwater Foam Lift Vest - Universal - Green

The pliers-sleeve and tether point means having your pliers always at the ready and secured so you don’t drop them. 

 The Topwater PFD is approved for Harmonized Level 70 in the USA and Canada. It meets the minimum life vest buoyancy of 15.7 lbs.
