SMARTFIX® Double-Sided Coarse Foam Pad - 180mm - Blue

The SMARTFIX Coarse Foam Pad is the most aggressive in our Double Side foam range. Made from a new high-performance blue foam, it has been specifically engineered to deliver the best results when used with a double-sided system. This pad ensures powerful defect removal and fast elimination of severe imperfections and sanding marks on painted surfaces. Thanks to its waffle face design, the pad provides excellent rotational stability while minimizing heat build-up generated by rotary motion.

The unique structure also enhances polishing comfort, as the waffle pattern reduces the total surface contact, keeping the pad working at cooler temperatures and lowering the risk of overheating the paint. The SMARTFIX Coarse Foam Pad is designed to work seamlessly with the BigFoot LH19E and any other rotary polisher. For maximum cutting performance, we recommend pairing it with our Rotary Coarse Compound or XC2 or with RUPES marine compounds XC100 and XC300.
